PP Low Halogen Environment-friendly Flame Retardant Masterbatch
Product characteristics:
1. Easy to add, safe and dust-free, which meets the processing requirements of all kinds of products.
2. Polypropylene is chosen as carrier, which has excellent compatibility and dispersibility with PP plastics and good fluidity and processing performance.
3. The melting point of the product is low, and the processing temperature after blending with PP should be controlled at about 200 degrees (lowering the processing temperature as far as possible). During the processing, there will be a peculiar flavor of phosphorus flame retardant, which is harmless to human body and tasteless after processing and moulding. The smoke type is white smoke when making flame retardant test. This phenomenon is a prominent feature of the new environment-friendly low halogen flame retardant.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
1. 20kg packing, stored in cool and dry environment, transported according to non-dangerous goods.
2. No drying treatment is needed before use.
3. The flame-retardant masterbatch will decompose and volatilize if it stays in the screw for a long time. It is necessary to clean the screw thoroughly during intermittent production.
