At present, brominated flame retardants are still dominant in many fields, but with the development of green economy, phosphorus flame retardants are gradually replacing brominated flame retardants.
Depending on resource advantages, phosphorus chemical industry has become the traditional dominant industry in Guiyang. When taking the road of transformation and upgrading of fine phosphorus chemical industry, Kaiphosphorus Group, Guizhou Lufa and other enterprises are focusing on the development of phosphorus flame retardant materials.
In April this year, the draft of Guiyang New Material Industry Innovation and Development Action Plan (2013-2015) proposed to focus on the development of phosphorus-based flame retardant materials. Aiming at engineering plastics represented by high-temperature nylon and epoxy resin for fibers and integrated circuit boards represented by polyester, key technologies for the preparation of high-end phosphorus-based flame retardant products were solved, and independent intellectual property rights were developed. Organic phosphorus flame retardant and its synthesis process,**************** realizes the industrialization of high-end organic phosphorus flame retardant represented by high-temperature resistant nylon and special polyester, and meets the requirements of flame retardant high-temperature nylon, polyester fiber and epoxy resin in domestic electronic and electrical industries and textile industries.
